Choose your settings
There are 2 settings to select for EP Latencies for running a test - Light/Dark mode and number of saccades
Light mode is a black dot on a white background, dark mode is a white dot on a black background
Dark mode is generally advised for basic use, particularly smartphone recording, as it will result in less reflections on the pupil. In some circumstances you may prefer light mode
Currently there are animations containing 100, 125 or 150 saccades
100 saccades is generally considered the minimum to obtain useful data, allowing for occasional incorrect saccades. Running more saccades may provide more accurate data, but will likely lead to fatigue
The Deviation graph display allows for an overview of the effect of fatigue, in which case 150 saccades may give more information
