Eye Precision support options
Eye Precision is made to be useable in a wide range of situations, with as many different recording options as possible. That results in more of a learning-curve than complete systems with fixed cameras and limited flexibility
In building the apps I try to take account of this complexity and variability, but inevitably there will be situiations where things don't work as easily or smoothly as hoped
When you encounter an unexpected situation, there are three main options

Upload your videos for analysis
If you have a video recorded and don't know why its not working as you expect, you can upload it to help.eyeprecision.com. I'll then download it and assess it. I'll contact you with tips, either for recording video, for using Eye Precision, or both, to help you get better results next time
If I can't solve the problem, I'll try to change the relevant Eye Precision software or app to make sure it works in the future
